Rules and definitions 2013.
Standard Kit (SK)
- A single, commercially produced injection moulded plastic or resin kit, built to the manufacturer's specifications, straight from box.
Seatbelts, rigging and aerials may be added as appropriate to the subject. No opened cockpits or hatches are allowed unless it is an option in the kit. Kit instructions must be attached to the entry card or form or deposited with the Competition Secretary or the model may be disqualified. In the event that the kit instructions have been lost, the model may still be entered at the discretion of the Competition secretary, on the understanding that, should the said instructions be required by the judges and not be available, the model may be disqualified. Changes in colour scheme and aftermarket decals are permitted e.g. Me109 from German to Spanish markings.

Any Source Detailed (ASD)
- A Standard Kit that has additional detailing added from commercial sources and / or significant detail built by the modeller. This definition also includes any kit parts relocated or reworked by the modeller. Cockpits may be opened and any open hatches, wing / rotor folds or bomb bays provided as options in the original kit are allowable in this class and may be detailed.

Any Source Converted (ASC)
- This is a model that is built to a specification or variant other than that intended by the manufacturer. Commercial, non-commercial and / or scratchbuilt parts may be used. A change of colour scheme and / or decals shall not constitute a conversion, regardless of any change of designation to the model. A converted model may be detailed to any level desired by the modeller.

Vac formed (V)
- A commercial kit where the main body parts and/or flying surfaces are of vac-formed plastic, but it can contain any other detailed parts from any source. These kits may be detailed to any level desired by the modeller.

Scratch built (S)
- A model constructed where the main body parts and / or flying surfaces are home-made or vac-formed plastic, other than of a commercial nature. The basic structure should be of plastic although a supporting (wooden) core is permitted. A scratchbuilt model may be detailed to any level desired by the modeller.

Super detailed (SD)
- Any model that has hatches, inspection panels, and turrets not provided as options in the original kit removed and significant detail added by the modeller, either from commercial and/or scratch built parts. Wing or rotor folds not included as part of the original kit shall fall into this class. Subjects which have an exterior skin or covering removed to show interior structure shall also be classed as super detailed

Bases and Cases -
Bases will be allowed in all categories and will not be considered in the judging except dioramas. The base will not be larger than 1.5 times the model size. Any base over 4 sq. feet (0.327 sq. metres) must be pre-registered with the Competition Secretary and approved before the date of the Competition. A base may simulate the natural surface on which the prototype may be found to show the subject in context for
example. Uneven ground to show vehicle suspension deflected, runway markings etc. shall be allowed, however, nothing other than the surface may be used. Trees, bushes, ruined buildings, oil drums etc are not allowed. Aircraft requiring beaching gear or trolleys may be
so equipped. Ships may be displayed on water, but dry-docks are not allowed. Glass cases are permissible for public viewing periods but, with the exception of the ship classes, must be removed by the entrant for judging and photography purposes. Failure to comply may mean that entries are not judged and / or awards may be withdrawn.

Figures -
In all classes except dioramas, each entry may be displayed with either the crew members and /or passengers (who must be in or on the aircraft / vehicle etc) or with one figure on the base to indicate scale, not both. Figures placed on/in the aircraft / vehicle and on the base shall mean that the entry is classed as a diorama. Figures may be from any source.

Dioramas -
A diorama shall be defined as one or more items (not necessarily from the same class) on a scenic base, with or without figures, conveying a specific theme or real life situation. Diorama base sizes exceeding 4 sq. feet(0.327 sq. metres) must be pre-registered and approved by the Competition Secretary. If an entry contains major elements from more than one class (except for vehicles shown with their normal load) it will be considered as a diorama

С тези снимки завършвам фоторевюто на шоуто в Телфорд 2013. Бих искал да благодаря специално на Fullmoon, че ме нави да се вдигнем чак дотам, и че организира всичко перфектно. Специални благодарности и на Kongo за подкрепата.
Когато си тръгвахме от шоуто, организатора ни попита дали ще дойдем пак следващата година, на което ние нищо не обещахме, но със сигурност си струва да се посети това шоу и го препоръчвам на всички български моделисти.

Очевадно сте си изкарали добре и си е заслужавало биенето на целио тойо пат до острову на бритите.
Хубави модели сте насликали, някои от които се открояват, но както сам каза ич не са много, а доста малко .

Поздравления за положения труд да ни запознаеш с това събитие в най-дребни детайли.

@Academica, благодариш, че свърших или...?
@Shelby, моите лични впечатления са, че лош модел в състезателната част не видях (по моите критерии), там нивото беше доста високо (не включвам Juniors моделите). Точно обратното беше в изложбената част (където имаше в пъти повече модели), хубавите модели бяха рядкост, а тези, които ме впечатляваха - още по-голяма рядкост. Нека се има предвид, че това е петдесетгодишнина от създаването на IPMS UK и хората си бяха донесли модели дори с петдесетгодишна давност. За догодина не мисля да ходим пак там, има Мошон, има IPMS Германия, има IPMS US и тн. шоута, където предпочитам да ида.

@frame, да, много точно си доловил, че целта ми беше да ви представя изложбата точно така, както аз я видях, тоест в най-малки детайли (все пак моделизма е в детайлите... или май дявола беше... както и да е). Благодаря за догодишното пожелание, но ние и тази година участвахме, е не спечелихме медали или пък грамоти (COMMENDED), но пък спечелихме много други неща.
